Traffic safety course will be necessary for cyclists over 14 years of age. Otherwise, about 35 thousand rupees will have to be paid. Government has to make new rules to improve traffic

 

Last year, there were 26,687 cases of dangerous cycling, out of which only 328 people took a safety course. To curb these and improve traffic, the government has to make new rules. The rules have also been tightened for other drivers.

 

License for driving a two-wheeler or other vehicle speeding or carelessly will be revoked for two years. Stopping other vehicles will also be punishable. The new rules will come into force across the country from June 30.

 

Drinking cycling, stopping the way

According to the new rules, 14 procedures or activities have been banned and a penalty has been made for their violation. There will also be a ban on drinking and cycling and stopping others. Mobile phones cannot be run while cycling.
