According to Xinhua,
the Managing Director of Commerce Services of Trade Development Organization, Fahad
Noori said that alternative household products of all banned goods are
available. Noori said, "The government has enough currency. However,
in relation to monetary policies, we should not allocate currency for import of
goods whose domestic options are available." He said that although
the organization has not included in the list those items which are not locally
produced to meet the domestic demand
