Washington. The world's leading tech company Google may soon face two lawsuits in the US. The US Department of Justice and a group of state attorneys general have begun preparations to sue Google. These lawsuits can be filed for anti-trust (antitrust), advertising scam and advertising monopoly. Quoting sources familiar with the matter, the Wall Street General report claims to file a lawsuit against Google at the earliest.

Google's online advertising network investigated

According to a Wall Street General report, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is also preparing to sue Google. Speaking to the media, Paxton said that the primary point of our investigation was Google's unlimited access to the online advertising network. We think that Google has 7,000 data points about every human being alive. Through online advertising, they control the buyers, sellers and markets, which we are concerned about. This gives them a lot of power.

Advertising and search model being investigated including Google's business

The US Department of Justice and the Attorney General's Group are investigating Google's business and its advertising, search and Android models. Apart from this, the Department of Justice is also investigating how Google uses its search business to suppress others. The Wall Street General's report stated, "Although no legal theory has yet been revealed against Google in the Justice Department case yet." The report also stated that the two investigating agencies can also file the case jointly.

Full cooperation in investigation

On the other hand, Google has issued a statement saying that the Department of Justice and Attorney General are fully cooperating in the investigation by Paxton. Apart from this, we cannot give any feedback about this. Neither want to say anything on the projections. Google has so far submitted more than 1 lakh papers to agencies in this investigation. The report says that if a case is filed, then such action will be taken against a big tech company in the US after 1990. In 1990, the Bill Clinton administration took action against Microsoft.
